About Timothy P. McAloon, Esq.

Timothy (Tim) P. McAloon has over 30 years of experience in complex estate planning, probate, elder law and business matters. Tim prides himself on providing exceptional service, and on his ability to explain complex legal issues in terms which his clients can understand. Tim also works closely with other professionals in the estate planning area, such as financial planners and accountants, to coordinate the estate planning goals of his clients with their financial and accounting needs and thereby ensures that his clients’ goals are implemented.

Tim resides in Quincy Massachusetts, and, after more than 20 years with Marshall, Crane & McAloon, P.C., he founded McAloon Law Group located in Norwell, Massachusetts, which is conveniently located for his South Shore clients. Tim is now Of-Counsel to Marshall, Crane & Grant, and often meets clients in the Burlington location. For clients who find travel difficult, Tim frequently meets with them in their own homes.

Tim and his wife, Barbara (Barb), are both active in their community. Barb starred in her own local access television cooking show, and Tim is involved with QCAP (Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc.).
